unfold lines on 'enter'

when the cursor is positioned over the '...' indicating a fold in the document.
pressing should unfold this section.

currently it adds a newline underneath it.
i'm not sure if this is currently possible with a keybinding and context.
i see there is the 'unfold lines' action but i don't see anyway of detecting if you are on a fold or not?

i would prefer not to have to remeber another keybinding for something that feels like it could just be an intuitive UX.
