zed cli tool: ability to load a folder in current zed instance

VSCode has the -r cli option that allows to open the specified folder in the active VSCode session: basically this reloads VSCode and uses the specified folder as workspace root.

I wish zed cli tool had such an option. Right now typing zed folder opens a new zed window.
