debugger: do not show full path

As you can see from the image taken from pr #33868 by @RemcoSmitsDev, the full path is shown, which some people don't like.

It would be nice to be able to display the path starting from the current folder.

What would be the current folder in your case? If you have a monorepo, there could be a lot.
Maybe just making the last component of the path bold or something would make it better for both worlds, I guess.

Let's take the example image above:

• If I open Zed on the Documents folder, it should show me the following path: /Documents/code/prettier-test/test.py
• If I open Zed on the code folder, it should show me the following path: /code/prettier-test/test.py
• If I open Zed on the prettier-test folder, it should show me the following path: /prettier-test/test.py
