Collab Panel: List public channels created by users

I would love to see all the public channels made by other people and jump to them easily.

For me it would encourage me to always "stream" while codding. Anyone interested could join and chat. Right now I would need to send a link somewhere... spam main chat (what I do not want to do).

This would required another option next to Public that will say "Visible in public channels list" or just "Visible to anyone".
