Allow user to disable extension recommendations

Hi,

unfortunately, I could not find an option to simply disable all extension recommendations.

The "toast" message appears permanently as soon as a suitable extension is found for any file type.

Rather than dismissing this message for every possible suggestion, it would be more convenient to deactivate it beforehand.
