How to proactively trigger an action using context

I want to implement a feature where after creating a window, it automatically closes after a few seconds (without exiting the program), then automatically creates a new window after another few seconds. I registered a CloseWindow action like in 'examples/on_window_close_quit', but don't know how to trigger this action when the countdown ends.
