I submitted a PR #12 to the zed-fish plugin that adds support for fish-lsp.
However, the author hasn't responded to the PR for quite some time.
Would it be appropriate for me to fork the plugin and publish it as a new one? I want to respect the original author's work while also making these improvements available to users.
