AI: Allow importing a search tab into a chat context

The /tab command allows for quick sharing of open tabs with the assistant. Text searches exist as tabs.

Take the following use case:

It'd be great if search:my search term were part of the autocomplete here.

The actual insert should match the info presented to users. Something like:

used `grep SEARCH_TERM ARGS`, and found `N` results. (replace w/ whatever command actually runs under the hood)
