soft_wrap beyond settings

I know I can configure soft_wrap in the settings, but I sometimes I need it and sometimes I don't want it.
So I keep changing my settings between:

"soft_wrap": "editor_width",
"soft_wrap": "none",

...and that's just all but ideal.

I'd appreciate if the settings would defined the default and I could override the default in these settings
