Autoclose HTML tags in Twig files (or any other languages)

Hello there,

I know that the twig extension is not handled directly from Zed, but i would like to know if it could be possible to force Emmet/autocomplete/autoclose feature on arbitrary languages from the settings instead of relying on you or a extension author to enable it in a specific language.

I haven't tested for Blade files but it could be relevant there as well.

HTML language is probably one of the few languages that may be used in several others languages, so it may be useful to "just" enable the behaviour on the said languages (if the user want it) instead of asking you each time.
