Move the stage/restore and diff navigation to the left side, or allow a config to move it.

Hi,
When viewing the line by line diff in the editor pane, the workflow is to click on the "green" or "red" bar on the left most side. The "Stage/Restore" and the navigation buttons then appear on the right most side. It would be helpful if this was configurable and could be moved on the left side so that click to expand change, then either Stage/Restore or nav is not all the way on the other side. I know there are keybindings but as a newbie, it takes a while to configure and remember all the keybindings.
