I've known and tried zed for a long time, and what attracted me most about it compared to vscode and jetbrain was its lightweight nature.
However, the lack of support for breakpoint debugging made it impossible for me to migrate most of my work to zed, and I was left to use it for quick and lightweight editing.
I've found that zed currently supports git natively, but personally and from what I've heard from my coworkers, breakpoint debugging is probably a higher priority.
I know from some other discussions that breakpoint debugging is already in development, what I'd like to know is how far along is the development and when is it expected to be available in a stable release?
