Feature Request: ‘Clear Recent Projects’ option for Zed on macOS

Dear Zed Development Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to suggest a feature that I believe would greatly enhance the user experience on macOS.

Currently, in the ‘File > Open Recent…’ menu, there is no option to clear the list of recent projects. Adding a ‘Clear Recent Projects’ option would provide users with better control over their workspace, especially in scenarios where privacy or organisation is a priority.

This feature is commonly found in many applications, and its inclusion in Zed would align with user expectations for efficient project management.

I also think that a "Clear Menu" option is needed on macOS. This is necessary to clear the file history in the dock menu. There's a workaround for this (#16339), however, it's not convenient. On Xcode, this is how the option looks like:
