Display the origin of configuration

In #26031 I had issues with tab size, despite what was configured in my config file, the tab size was wrong.

I finally found why: there is a .editorconfig in my project, that specifies the wrong tab size.

Would it be possible to add a small indicator to know where the style is taken from, like in JetBrains?
