Add support for moving open file to left or right panes

In Sublime Text, there is a way to move a currently opened file from the left pane to the right pane (or vice versa). ctrl-shift-1 moves it to the left pane and ctrl-shift-2 moves it to the right pane. See video below of how Sublime does it:

It would be really great if Zed supported this as sometimes you want to re-orient how the files are open. Thanks!
