terminal: Support clickable relative file paths with line number

I see based off #19106 that file paths should be clickable within terminal. What should also be supported is clicking file paths with line numbers, which should jump straight to the line number in the file.

Definitely possible, but the relative path in question is not what Zed can detect now, let's move on to #25701 (comment)
