Multi-select dropdown for slash commands

Quickly moving things in and out of context is the new black.

When importing via /file and /tab slash commands, I often want more than a single file, but all is too broad.

It'd be great if this:

were more like this (quick mockup by claude):

Similar up/down arrow behaviour.

• space toggles the inclusion of individual items
• enter inserts selected items if there are selections, or the currently highlighted item if not
