Add Twig to list of supported languages in TailwindCSS

I believe the only thing that really needs to happen for this is to add "Twig/twig" (https://github.com/YussufSassi/zed-twig) to the list of language ids found in this hashmap: https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/blob/main/crates/languages/src/tailwind.rs#L172
