How to change color for the character while the cursor blink

Hi guys, I'm using Vim mode and Catppuccin Mocha theme. I try some overriding theme colors to make my background transparent. Here is my config:

As you can see from the attached file, the character's color while the cursor blink is hard to see. What is the setting key to change that color?

It's a bug. There's a fix for it but it's under review.
