Marker Position, Marker Tooltip z-index and marker clustering Issue

I am facing issues with Marker positions not being placed at the correct position. Plus, I have tooltip on each Marker which is showing the other markers in the background of the tooltip.

Are you aware about a probable solution for this issue?
