Lizard for Arduino

Can we add support for Arduino?
This would allow addressing the huge maker community that works with the more beginner-friendly Arduino IDE instead of ESP IDF.
But we would probably need to add quite some extra implementation to replace ESP-specific functions. Not an easy undertaking.
