Describe the bug
There's a hard limit on the attack interval on the lower side (not sure if it exists on the higher end.) Fast-hitting mobs don't hit as fast as they're supposed to.

Where did the bug occur
Hades' Dominion

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get to a round with either Doombringer/Egotist (the two most clear instances of this)
  2. Have them attack you
  3. Compare rate with the one in config settings (attackInterval=1 meaning 1 hit per tick etc)

Expected behavior
Doombringer should barrage you with attacks. Egotist should shoot really quickly.
