One wants to add "Add->Address" to tool bar, another wants to add "Record" to tool bar - I can't add every icon there, it needs to be customizable which is more work to me.

Just open settings Ctrl+O, scroll down and "Set key bindings" and change Ctrl+U to a single key for example to U or change Ctrl+Shift+V (Paste and play) to a single key (which will not conflict wits others), so you'll be able to add and play your copied URL by pressing a single key.
