MacOS version removed

The MacOS version has been removed temporarily. The packaged version doesn't work and I don't know why yet (I suspect it's a problem between Spring Boot and JavaFX). If you still want to run it, do the following in a terminal after installing the JDK 21 from https://adoptium.net/:

git clone https://github.com/zapek/Xeres.git
cd Xeres
./gradlew bootRun

Due to the difficulty of getting MacOS to run on a VM, the MacOS version is officially removed unless someone steps in to take care of it.

Since nobody stepped in, I had to fix it myself. The MacOS version will be back with the next release.
