Can you provide the mod list for this KSP install? Also, does this occur without ZTheme and HUDReplacer?

Working on getting a clean install doing with just ZTheme and Hudreplacer too. Noticed that ZTheme doesn't show in the KSP-AVC but is there.

Found it, I think its a toolbar controller. it has the same window HUD. Its this mod causing issues. Will try it with no ztheme/hudreplacer. https://github.com/radistmorse/KSPAdjustableModPanel

Edit: Does it on first load where it only loads the title bar for the Adjustable Tool Bar window. Quitting to main menu, and loading the same save again, loads the entire adjustable tool bar window. Removing the mod, removes the bug.

Hi! Other mods interfaces are technically not supported, but in some cases they will automatically get retextured anyway. The problem is usually because of the order that mods are loaded in. HUDReplacer applies its retexturing on load, but if another mod loads after that, the interface may not be updated yet, since they dont exist in the HUD yet.

Other cases may be because the HUD doesn't get created on scene load, but rather when you first click on the button to open the menu. In that case, they need to be manually patched.

As for why it doesn't happen on a new save, but works after that, I have no idea to be honest. Have you checked whether or not this happens on an existing save, if you close the game and relaunch it, then load the save? If it happens in this scenario too, it sounds like the toolbar is created on first load, rather than a fresh save.
