Rofi-like Menu for Note Switching and Vivaldi-like Workspaces for Note Organisation

Hello,

I use Vivaldi for its workspaces and rofi for generally opening applications and files and running commands. I think that those features could be added to Trilium as well, and those would be especially useful if a user tends to open many notes simultaneously.

Is this possible? And if the developers don't consider these features important enough, could you guide me as to how I could go about developing these features myself?
