Tab Stacking like Vivaldi Browser

Hi all,

I have been using Trillium and am very satisfied with it. I have an idea about its interface that I think would greatly improve its functionality.

The web browser Vivaldi provides its users the ability to stack tabs onto one another, thereby organizing them into more manageable structures. I wonder if it's possible to add that to Trillium.

What do you all think? Would it be difficult?
