What's the best performance of this code?

Thanks for providing the tensorflow version of the show-attend-and-tell model!
I'm trying to do experiments by using this code. Could u tell me the best performance it can achieve on the metrics provided by coco such as bleu1-4 meteor, cider, rouge-l. And could u share the best parameters?
