Unable to Start nodejs APP

Hello colleagues,

When I try to deploy and start a sample node app it gives below error:

Starting app cf-node-hello in org DevBox / space test as admin...
FAILED
Error restarting application: Server error, status code: 504, error code: 0, message:

Is there a way that I can resolve this.
