How to View List of Registered Users in User Management Panel?

I've noticed that the current User Management Panel only provides functionality for adding new users. Could you please advise if there's a way to view a complete list of already registered users?

This functionality is not provided by Overleaf CE. Your best bet is to look here, here.

Or you can execute bin/mongo and run mongodb queries directly. E.g. db.users.find() to list all users.

This is something i really miss in the admin role: a panel with all the users and their projects, from which to view/delete/disable or edit users details.

@svdvonde Thank you for your response! The current method requires using MongoDB commands, which may not be the most user-friendly approach for unfamiliar users. We’ll look forward to Overleaf potentially adding this feature in the future to make user management more accessible.

Don't keep your hopes up. This feature is available in the paid version of Overleaf and there is little incentive to bring these features to the Community Edition.

1. Is the latest version 5.5.1 supported?
2. Is the registered users interface available in the main branch ext-ce? If not, does the branch feat-admin-panel includes all the other features such as symbol palette, track changes etc.?
3. In which file the Template Gallery variables are to be put? variables.env?

Thank you very much. I’ve included your code in the feat-admin-panel branch and made minimal changes (for example, translate('no') is Norwegian, not No). In my opinion, the code is still a bit rough to be merged into the main branch. I’ll be away for the next 10–14 days; we’ll refine the code after that and include to the ext-ce branch.

I'll convert this issue into discussion.

No problem, any contribution is welcome. I don't have experience with all the technologies used by Overleaf, and this code was only intended to generate a list of users with the amount of storage they're using and the last time they logged in. The goal was to identify and deactivate inactive accounts, perhaps including colors based on the date.
Another idea I have is to explore the Institutions feature, but I think it's not that straightforward because I believe many components from the Pro version are missing.

I checked that the 5.5.4 still doesn't have it.
