Provide arm64 images

Hi there! It's been a while since I've been hosting an Overleaf instance on an arm64 machine without any issues, except that I've to build manually from upstream all over again when I want to merge changes. About two months ago I've started doing the same for this repo and it works flawlessly as well. That being said, would it be possible to share prebuilt images for arm64 in dockerhub? There is actually no need to change any code, just build it for another platform. Thank you for your work!

Sorry, I don't know how to do that, and it's not a priority for me to learn since I don't use Overleaf on arm64 devices and do not plan to. But if you do it, I'd be happy to include a link to it in the README.
