Updated firmware:

• FDD as device 7
• LOAD and SAVE standard PRG files (with load address in the first two bytes)
• removed all dead code
• correct bug in CHKOUT so that commands can be sent via PRINT#15 also to disk drives
• load BOOT.PRG instead of BOOT.EXE on startup
• four example utilities corrected to use ROM jump table rather than direct addresses - utilities will be binary-compatible with future firmware update

Known bugs

• RUN/STOP on startup screen will take you to BASIC, but without hooks for device 7; to make device 7 work you need to insert a 720k floppy that doesn't contain BOOT.PRG file
