not sound when connected

both pc and phone show device was connected,but play nothing on pc
windows version: windows 10 pro 22h2
phone is VIVO
actually,i only played successfuly on a HONOR phone,and it's on another pc

same thing, on mobile its showing that pc is connected sucessfuly for audio, but playing music or anything the soud doesnt play on pc
