Enable users to replace functions from Base #30
Description
I think it might be nice to allow users to replace functions from Base if they want to, and use Ginkgo functions without having to specify namespaces. I dont think this is strictly necessary, but might be a nice thing to have.
AppleAccelerate.jl.replaceBase shows a nice way to do that.
