Use the human data gateway to fetch IBC data using an EBRAINS token

This could be done using siibra, or probably the new EBRAINS KG python client. I can provide a code snippets for siibra.

For now I will just use 1 IBC participant to showcase the connectivity analysis so downloading this manually is not a problem but let me know when you have an update on an API way to fetch data from the KG.

This used to work like this:

conn = siibra.retrieval.EbrainsHdgConnector(dataset_id)
files = conn.search_files(suffix='.zip', recursive=True)
conn.get(files[0])

But it seems there was a recent change in the endpoint for protected data, which we have to adopt. We are updating siibra and keep you posted.
