Doesn't work on Windows 10 LTSC

What I have done:

1. Downloaded en_ru v1.9 model there: https://www.argosopentech.com/argospm/index/
2. Extracted "model" directory from .argosmodel and chose it as "CTranslate2 model".
3. Extracted sentencepiece.model file from .argosmodel and chose it as "SentencePiece model".

Then I pressed "Translate" and it the application sits in "Translating..." state forever.
P.S. 32 GB RAM, GeForce 1660 SUPER

Hello! Is the source text so large? It works better with medium-sized texts.
If it still does not work, you can download the code and build the installer yourself as explained in the README.

I just wrote "Hello, world" and it hung on "Translating..."
