PL-Bert with Festival

Can PL-Bert be used with Festival backend, and is there a particular advantage compared to ESpeak backend, while training a single English speaker?

ESpeak is better because it supports accent, while Festival backend doesn't. The pre-trained model doesn't work with Festival backend because it was not trained on that.
