Conduct a usablity survey

Yew 0.20 has been out for a while and maintainers being busy with other stuff has stalled the releases. I was thinking of conducting the survey mentioned in the aforementioned issue.

I would like to ask: what questions should the be asking? My background isn't in surveying or data collection so any advice would be welcome.

We can make it easier by basing the survey off of the previous one and just editing the questions to suit the current problems/questions of the framework, or, if the questions all accept free-from answers, we might not even need to change much, since the questions themselves all apply to today's Yew as well: strength vs weaknesses, backgrounds of users in web development, etc.
