Update in the Command for deployment of flask application to AWS

There needs to be a minute change in the command for deploying the Flask App to AWS EC2 in this file **_flask-on-aws-ec2.md_**.
In the command to install nginx on EC2  `sudo apt-get nginx` needs to be changed with `sudo apt-get install nginx` this.
