Password toggle button disappears when reselecting input field

Description

While navigating the website, @JomanaMahmoud and I noticed that the toggle password functionality works great whenever the user starts typing their password in the password TextField. However, whenever the user focuses (selects) some other UI Component of the Page (ex: the Username TextField, the hint pop-up field or any other UI Component) and then refocuses (reselects) the password TextField, they toggle password button is not visible anymore.

Expected Hint Position

The toggle password button should remain visible whenever the user selects another UI Component of the page and then reselects the Password TextField to continue writing their password. The website currently exhibits inconsistent behaviour
