implement extra tests and stress test on column addition with literal default value

Right now YDB support column addition with a default values specified additional into a row-based table.
Need to cover this functionality with a stress tests, including but not limited to:

1. try column addition to the table in simple_queue workload, then drop it right after build is started.
2. try to cancel and interrupt column addition operation
3. cover different types of literal values
