Method RenameTable doesn't support column tables #14976
Description
Rename tables fails with Status{code = SCHEME_ERROR(code=400070), issues = [Check failed: path: '/local/test2_table', error: path is not a table (id: [OwnerId: 72075186232723360, LocalPathId: 11], type: EPathTypeColumnTable, state: EPathStateNoChanges) (S_ERROR)]}.
Column tables do not support rename operation at the moment.
It would be good if they will.
