Would it be possible to have PnP support work with swc?

swc-project/swc#3247 (comment). I know there's been a little work with esbuild support and yarn. Maybe there's something with swc I haven't seen?

This appears to be an issue on SWC's end, and will probably have to be fixed by them, not really much Yarn can do.
