Searching maintainers for this plugin before 2022 #66
Description
This plugin was initiated and maintained by yandex-qatools organization from 2014 to 2016 (mainly @mavlyutov).
From 2018 to 2021, I (@axel3rd) took the succession (as GitHub collaborator, not maintainer), to ensure minimum maintenance (CI process, bugs, simple features, ...), because we (my company) are using this plugin in our TeamCity context usage.
In 2022, we (my company) will abandon the OpenStack platform for TeamCity agents usage => I will remove my maintenance activity for this plugin.
So, any maintainers are welcome to ensure the continuity of this plugin (I can help a little for the transition).
Third-part tools and cost:
- TeamCity is used for continuous integration process (free, hosted by JetBrains as TeamCity Third-Party Plugins)
- SonarCloud is used for quality checks (free for opensource project, but should be moved outside my personal account)
- To ensure Unit Tests process with CI builds, an OpenStack platform should be accessible. With AWS (see Dev Contrib: UT with AWS), the cost is:
- ~33$ by years for instance existence (VM shutdown)
- plus ~2-3$ by days of usage (Pull-Request check, SNAPSHOT and RELEASE builds)
- This cost should be supported by another company
