Add Meson build system #275
Description
Since AppStream depends on LibYAML, it would be really nice to add Meson as an alternative build system for this project for build speed and to make it more cross-platform. The Meson project already has a WrapDB file, which is an initial implementation. Would you be interested in accepting a PR?
