Description
Uses api pulls to create a database of skills, separated by alliance. You could select individual characters and browse through their skills, or run searches like 'who has navigation 5?' and it would return a list of characters.
Maybe you could also paste in a fit, and it searches the database to find all related skills and their levels. I'm not sure what the output would be like for this.
PS: I realise this is a fuckton of work and you definitely have better things to spend ur time on. it's just an idea i wanted to write down
