How can we access Cell from sheet


Hi @Arenukvern 
In example we have access to sheets we can rename/delete etc sheets but how can we change the cells inside those sheets

E.g
sheetsNotifier.sheets[index].

if i have access to the sheet i get position/index but how can i get its table/cell and change for example A1 value to 0 or its color to red etc...
