Broken links in docs #294
Description
These 3 panels are all links, but all the links give a 404.
The problem is that they direct to e.g. https://xpublish.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting-started/tutorial/introduction instead of https://xpublish.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting-started/index.html as they are presumably intended to.
