srec_cat.exe

We use srec_cat.exe to append CRC and add merge bootloader into one binary/hex. It would be great if this could be added to the windows build tools.

I have no experience with srec.

srec_cat looks like a personal project. Personally I would not use such tools, I'd prefer GNU tools.
