Odd xmake dependency failure

I'm trying to build this and I'm getting very weird dependency conflict that makes no sense to me:

I dont even know where to begin to understand whose error is that.

what's your xmake version? please update to latest version.

xmake v2.9.6+HEAD.abd15c255, A cross-platform build utility based on Lua

I tried building on Windows as well, and it fails to resolve dependencies as well:

  => install glaze v2.9.0 .. failed

package(glaze): links not found!
if you want to get more verbose errors, please see:
  -> C:\Users\Kein\AppData\Local\.xmake\cache\packages\2411\g\glaze\v2.9.0\installdir.failed\logs\install.txt
  => install raw_pdb v1.0.0 .. failed

I successsfully build said dependency via cargo with nightly though.
